The Growth Mindset philosophy is not just about the children. We believe that educators are just as important and need to be valued for the incredible work they do in early education. 

At Growth Mindset Early Education we also understand that educators might not be familiar with our philosophy and might feel intimidated or scared to want to join. However nothing could be further from the truth. 

The only important things we look for in our educators are a positive attitude, a willingness to grow, and to have a love for children’s learning and development. 

Our philosophy is founded on the principle that if a child believes that their abilities or talents can be developed (through hard work, good strategies and input from others) then the child has a growth mindset. A child with a growth mindset will ultimately be happier and more likely to go on to great things later in life. We believe the same about our educators.
